David Clark to serve as Mississippi's Delegate to the ABA

Bradley Arant partner David W. Clark has been elected the State Delegate for Mississippi to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates. Each state has one State Delegate. Established in 1936, the House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the ABA. The Delegates meet twice each year at ABA Annual and Midyear Meetings. The control and administration of the ABA is vested in the House of Delegates. Action taken by the House of Delegates on specific issues becomes official ABA policy.
