New Associates Join Jackson Office

Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that two new associate attorneys have joined the firm in Mississippi.  Clarence Webster, III and Jason E. Fortenberry will practice in the Litigation Practice Group. 

 

Mr. Webster received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a member of the Yale Law Journal and the Moot Court Board. Before joining Bradley Arant, Mr. Webster clerked for the Honorable Henry T. Wingate, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

 

Mr. Fortenberry received his B.A. from Mississippi State University and his J.D. magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and also served as Production Editor of The Mississippi College Law Review. Mr. Fortenberry also represented Mississippi College in the 2006 American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
